  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 small can pumpkin
  • 1 c. oil

    Mix well the sugar and eggs.

    Sift together the flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.

    Add pumpkin and oil to first 2 mixtures.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 5 to 7 minutes.
