  • 2/3 c. pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped fine

    Beat eggs well.

    Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.

    Pour into well-greased, floured jelly roll pan (10 x 15-inch).
