Pumpkin Cake Squares

Name: Pumpkin Cake Squares
Ingredients: 1 cup vegetable oil; 2 cup sugar; 2 cup pumpkin; 1/2 tsp salt; 2 tbsp ground cinnamon; 1 tsp baking soda; 1 tbsp baking powder; 2 cup all-purpose flour; 2 cup any nuts optional; 2 packages cream cheese icing

Ingredients

1 cup vegetable oil
2 cup sugar
2 cup pumpkin
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp baking powder
2 cup all-purpose flour
2 cup any nuts optional
2 packages cream cheese icing

Directions

Mix everything together in large bowl execpt nuts.

Grease cookie sheet and spread evenly.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

Let cool and add icing.

Sprinkle with nuts.

Normally I do make homemade creamcheese icing but sometimes I like to cheat too.

I like to add a tsp of cinnamon to the icing.

Gives it a little something extra.

Also this recipe is very easy to cut in half.

When I do cut in half I use a brownie pan to cook in.
