Ingredients: 1/2 c. pecans; 2 Tbsp. sugar; 1 c. ginger snap crumbs (about 20 cookies); 5 Tbsp. melted sweet butter; 1 lb. cream cheese, at room temperature; 2/3 c. packed dark brown sugar; 1/2 c. sour cream, at room temperature; 1 c. solid packed pumpkin; 3 eggs, at room temperature; 1 tsp. cinnamon; pinch each: ground cloves and ground ginger; peach halves for decoration

1/2 c. pecans
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. ginger snap crumbs (about 20 cookies)
5 Tbsp. melted sweet butter
1 lb. cream cheese, at room temperature
2/3 c. packed dark brown sugar
1/2 c. sour cream, at room temperature
1 c. solid packed pumpkin
3 eggs, at room temperature
1 tsp. cinnamon
pinch each: ground cloves and ground ginger
peach halves for decoration

Preheat oven to 325°.

Put pecans and sugar into processor and process until finely chopped.

Add cookies or crumbs and melted butter; blend well to create mixture for crust.

Press into bottom and up approximately 1-inch of 10-inch spring mold pan to form crust.

Bake 10 minutes.
