  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. ginger snap crumbs (about 20 cookies)
  • 5 Tbsp. melted sweet butter
  • 1 lb. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2/3 c. packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. sour cream, at room temperature
  • 1 c. solid packed pumpkin
  • 3 eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • pinch each: ground cloves and ground ginger
  • peach halves for decoration

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Put pecans and sugar into processor and process until finely chopped.

    Add cookies or crumbs and melted butter; blend well to create mixture for crust.

    Press into bottom and up approximately 1-inch of 10-inch spring mold pan to form crust.

    Bake 10 minutes.
