- 6 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 13 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 baked pie shell
- 1 c. canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Directions

1Combine pudding, sugar, spice, milk, egg and pumpkin in pan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a rolling boil.

3Cool 5 minutes, stirring well.

4Stir twice.

5Pour into pie shell and chill for 4 hours.

6Top with Cool Whip.
