  • 3 c. pumpkin
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 sticks margarine

Directions

    Mix pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, evaporated milk and eggs together.

    Pour into a greased 9 x 12-inch pan lined with wax paper.

    Sprinkle dry cake mix over this and nuts over that, then drizzle margarine on top.

    Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes. Dump on flat surface.

    Pull wax paper off while hot, then let cool.
