- 1 (28 oz.) can solid pack canned pumpkin
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 box yellow cake mix (dry)
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 sticks melted margarine
Directions

1Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with waxed paper; spray with Pam.

2Mix the first 5 ingredients; pour into the prepared pan.

3Sprinkle the dry cake mix, chopped walnuts and melted margarine on top of the pumpkin mixture.

4Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.

5Remove from oven. Wait 10 minutes and turn out onto a serving plate.

6Remove waxed paper.
