- 16 oz. can pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spices
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 box dry cake mix (yellow)
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. melted oleo
Directions

1In bowl, mix with spoon the pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, pumpkin pie spices and salt.

2Pour into 13 x 9 pan. Spread dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mix.

3Sprinkle 1 cup chopped pecans over cake mix. Pour melted oleo over top and bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
