  • 3 c. plain pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 c. canned cream (evaporated milk)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 stick oleo or butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.

    Brown under broiler a few minutes on top (note this recipe will fill a 10-inch pie).
