  • 1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup margarine/butter
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) contained lite non-dairy topping

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Line 9 x 13 inch pan with waxed paper.

    Mix first 5 ingredients and pour into pan.

    Pour dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle nuts over cake mix.

    Bake 50 to 60 minutes.

    Cool and invert into serving platter.
