- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 stick butter
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 large can pumpkin pie mix (not pie filling)
- 2/3 c. white sugar
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Put aside 1 cup of the cake mix; you'll use later.

2Mix the rest of the cake mix, 1 egg and 1/2 stick butter.

3Pat this mix into a 13 x 9-inch pan.

4Mix the pumpkin pie mix, the evaporated milk, 1/3 cup white sugar, the brown sugar, the cinnamon and the 3 eggs.

5Pour this on top of the crust.

6Mix the 1 cup reserved cake mix, 1/3 cup white sugar and the 1/2 stick butter.

7Crumble this over the top of the pumpkin stuff.

8Bake at 350° for at least 50 to 60 minutes; some ovens take as long as 75 minutes.

9Cut into squares.

10A wonderful change from pumpkin pie for the holidays.
