- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 16 oz. Cool Whip
- 2 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
- 1 1/3 c. milk
- 16 oz. canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. allspice
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Mix flour, butter and nuts.

2Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bring to 1 inch on all sides. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.

4Cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 8 ounces of Cool Whip until smooth.

5Pour over cooled crust.

6Mix pudding, milk, pumpkin, cinnamon, allspice and salt until smooth.

7Pour over cream cheese mixture.

8Top with remaining Cool Whip and nuts.
