- 1 cup (225 ml) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups (475 ml) mixed dried fruit
- 1 11 oz (308 grm). package pie crust mix
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees (80 C.).

2Lightly grease an 8-inch round or square cake pan.

3Combine all ingredients until well mixed; press into prepared cake pan.

4Bake for 90 minutes or until wooden pick inserted into center of cake comes our clean.

5Cool thoroughly before removing from pan.
