- 1/4 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 tsp. pie spice
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine the first 5 ingredients in a heavy saucepan and heat until the mixture passes the fudge test.

2This test involves dropping a small amount into cold water and if it forms a ball, the test is passed.

3Then add the vanilla and beat with mixer until smooth.

4Pour onto buttered cookie sheet or platter and cut when cool.
