  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 C. canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • Dash of cloves and nutmeg
  • 1 graham cracker crust

    Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with a mixer on medium speed. Blend well.
