- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 cups Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1-1/4 teaspoon Vanilla, Divided
- 2/3 cups Canned Pumpkin
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
Directions

1Grease a jellyroll pan. Place waxed paper on the bottom of the pan and grease again.

2Mix eggs, granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and pumpkin. Pour into the pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.

3Turn immediately into a flat towel that has been well dusted with powdered sugar. Roll like a jelly roll. Let cool completely. With remaining ingredients, make the filling. Roll out the jelly roll, spread filling on it, then re-roll.
