- 1 (16 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin
- 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 3/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp. imitation maple flavoring
- 1 prepared 9-inch deep dish pie shell
Directions

1In large bowl, whisk pumpkin, milk, 3/4 cup maple syrup, eggs, flour, pumpkin pie spice and maple flavoring until blended.

2Pour filling into pie shell.

3Bake at 425° on lowest oven rack for 20 minutes.

4Reduce oven temperature to 375° and bake for additional 40 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cover crust with foil, if needed, to prevent excess browning.
