  • 2 cups Cashews, Roasted, Unsalted
  • 1/4 cups Pumpkin Puree (not Pie Filling)
  • 1-1/3 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions

    In a food processor, add cashews and process until smooth. You will need to scrape down the bowl numerous times before it smoothens out. It takes about 8-12 minutes.

    Once the nuts smoothen out again, add remaining ingredients. Process again until smooth, scraping the bowl as necessary. about 2-4 minutes.
