- 1 pt. orange sherbet, softened (2 c.)
- 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 Oreo pie crust (9-inch)
- 9 Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies, chopped
Directions

1Place sherbet in bowl; stir until smooth.

2Stir in 1/2 of Cool Whip until well blended.

3(For more intense orange color, stir in a few drops of red and yellow food coloring.)

4Spoon into crust. Sprinkle with chopped Oreo cookies, pressing firmly into sherbet. Cover with remaining Cool Whip.

5Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving.

6Garnish with finely chopped Oreo cookies and candy pumpkins if desired. Store leftover pie in freezer.
