- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. pumpkin
- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Cream butter, sugars, eggs and pumpkin.

2Combine dry ingredients in bowl.

3Add to creamed mixture.

4Blend well.

5Spoon into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.

7Cool for 10 minutes.

8Remove from pans.

9Cool on wire racks.
