  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can solid pumpkin (16 oz.)
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 2 (9-inch) unbaked pie crusts
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix filling in order given.

    Pour into pie shells.

    Bake in preheated 425° oven for 15 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center of pie filling comes out clean.
