  • 29 oz. can pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 3/4 c. milk
  • 3 frozen pie shells or 2 deep-dish frozen pie shells

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients.

    Pour into pie shells; cover crust with foil to prevent burning of crust.

    Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.

    Reduce oven temperature to 350° and continue baking for 45 minutes.

    Will make 3 regular size pies or 2 deep-dish pies.
