- 2 c. fresh pumpkin, cooked
- 1 c. milk
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust
Directions

1Put all ingredients, except crust, in a blender.

2Mix 1 to 2 minutes until all ingredients are blended.

3Pour into 9-inch pie crust and sprinkle top with cinnamon.

4Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350° and bake 45 minutes longer until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

5Cool.
