  • 2 qt. milk
  • 8 egg yolks, beaten
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 8 Tbsp. flour (rounded)
  • 1 c. Carnation milk
  • 1 3/4 c. pumpkin
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp. pumpkin
  • pumpkin pie spice
  • cinnamon

Directions

    Scald 2 quarts milk and add to the rest of the ingredients, except cinnamon.

    Beat egg whites and put in last.

    Pour into 4 unbaked pie crusts and sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Have oven at 400°; after 10 minutes, turn down to 325°.
