- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 2 c. scalded milk
- 1 large can unseasoned pumpkin
Directions

1Combine eggs, sugar, salt and spices.

2Gradually add scalded milk and mix, then add pumpkin, using spoon.

3Mix all the ingredients until smooth.

4Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

5Lower flame to 375°; cook for 1 hour, or until knife inserted in pie at center comes out clean.

6Top with whipped cream.

7Serve cold or heat and eat warm.
