- 1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1Have prepared 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust.

2Mix sugar, salt, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and pie spice together with a fork.

3Add eggs, beating well, then add milk.

4Mix, then add pumpkin.

5Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and continue baking until a knife blade inserted in the center of pie filling comes out clean.

6Cool before cutting.
