Roasted Radishes

  • 2 bunches Red Radishes
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Thyme
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Rosemary
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper

    Preheat oven to 425 F.

    Wash and trim radishes of the leaves and tails.

    Cut radishes in half.
  4. 4
    You may want to quarter the really big ones.

    Toss radishes in a bowl with the herbs, oil, salt and pepper.

    Transfer onto a rimmed cookie sheet and roast them for 20 minutes.

    Halfway through cooking, toss them so that they will cook evenly.

    Serve!
