- 2 bunches Red Radishes
- 1/2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Thyme
- 1/2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Rosemary
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425 F.

2Wash and trim radishes of the leaves and tails.

3Cut radishes in half.

4You may want to quarter the really big ones.

5Toss radishes in a bowl with the herbs, oil, salt and pepper.

6Transfer onto a rimmed cookie sheet and roast them for 20 minutes.

7Halfway through cooking, toss them so that they will cook evenly.

8Serve!
