  • 34 cup granulated sugar
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 14 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions

    Mix--- sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves in a large bowl.

    Stir in eggs, pumpkin, sugar, and evaporated milk.

    Pour--- into pie shell.

    Bake--- in preheated 425 F oven for 15 minutes.

    Reduce temperature to 350 F; bake for 40 to 50 until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

    Cool and enjoy.
