  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 3 c. cooked pumpkin
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Mix together cake mix (remove 1 cup and set aside), melted butter and 1 egg.

    Press in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Blend together pumpkin, brown sugar, 3 eggs, white sugar and cinnamon. Pour on top of crust.
