  • 1 large (1 lb. 13 oz. size) can pumpkin
  • 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk (not sweetened condensed)
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 cubes butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    Blend first 9 ingredients and beat well.

    Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Then sprinkle cake mix and pecans over mixture.

    Drizzle melted butter on top.

    Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
