- 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 (4 serving) pkg. butterscotch pudding (instant)
- 1 c. coconut (optional)
- 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 16 oz. can pumpkin
- 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
Directions

1In large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.

2Press into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.

3In same bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

4Blend well.

5Pour over crust.

6Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 375°.

7Check with knife into center to come out clean.

8Cool. Cut into 24 squares.

9Serve garnished with whipped cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
