- 34 cup all-purpose flour
- 34 cup oatmeal
- 12 cup finely chopped walnuts or 12 cup pecans
- 12 cup unsalted butter
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 -2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not the evaporated kind)
- whipped cream (to garnish)
- cinnamon or pumpkin spice, for garnish
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Mix all crust ingredients in a large bowl.

3You may want to pulse your nuts on the food processor to get them even finer for a more uniform crust.

4Press crust mix into an ungreased 9x13-inch pan.

5Try to spread it as evenly as possible.

6Beat eggs in the same bowl used for mixing the crust and mix in all remaining filling ingredients.

7Pour over crust and bake for 35-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

8Cool for an hour and serve with whipped cream.
