- 2 c. canned or fresh pumpkin
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Beat pumpkin until well blended.

2Add sugar and flour; blend until smooth.

3Add eggs; beat until fluffy.

4Add spices and milk. Stir in butter; mix well.

5Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Bake at 450° for 20 to 25 minutes, or until lightly browned.
