Pumpkin Pudding Cake

- 1 large can pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 cake mix (white or yellow)
- 1 stick butter
- 1 container Cool Whip or ice cream
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in large bowl, about 2 minutes on medium speed.

2Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top (yellow or white).

3Press down with back of spoon.

4Melt 1 stick oleo.

5Dribble over top of dry cake mix.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
