- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 c. canned pumpkin pie filling
- 3/4 c. raisins
- 1 c. nuts
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Using medium speed of mixer, cream sugar and oil until smooth.

3Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.

4Sift flour and spices several times and add.

5Mix until smooth.

6Add pumpkin and mix well.

7Mix raisins and nuts with 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup oil.

8Add to batter.

9Bake in a greased and floured tube pan for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
