  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 c. pumpkin
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda

Directions

    Line cookie sheet with waxed paper.

    Spread batter on waxed paper and bake for 13-14 minutes at 350°.

    Remove from cookie sheet and roll up. Put into freezer for about 15-20 minutes. Unroll.

    Spread on filling.

    Roll up, once again, while removing waxed paper.

    Store in refrigerator.
