  • 2/3 Cup pumpkin
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 Cup flour
  • 1/2 Cup chopped pecans
  • Filling:
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Cup powdered sugar
