Ingredients

  • Cake
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1/2 t ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 t cloves
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin
  • 1 cup nuts (chopped) - can be spread on top or mixed in
  • Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 6 T margarine (soft)
  • 1 t vanilla

    Oven 350F

    1. Grease and flour a 15x10 pan

    2. Pour cake mix in pan and bake about 10-15 minutes (watch for it)

    3. Lay cake out on terrycloth dish towel sprinkled with powdered sugar and let it cool

    4. Roll cake into towel

    6. Spread filling

    7. Roll cake and wrap tight in clear plastic wrap

    8. Chill overnight
