- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. pumpkin
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar; add egg and mix well.

2Stir in pumpkin.

3Sift together flour and salt.

4Add alternately with milk.

5Knead lightly.

6Roll out on lightly floured surface and cut with biscuit or cookie cutter.

7Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
