- 2 (15 1/4 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup cornbread mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 12 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine corn, corn bread mix, sour cream and melted butter.

2Pour into a greased casserole dish.

3Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.

4Remove from oven and top with cheese.

5Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

6Let stand for 5 minutes.

7Serve warm.
