- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 c. canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp. instant chicken broth
- 1/8 tsp. dried thyme
Directions

1Melt margarine in saucepan.

2Add onion and pepper; cook until soft, not brown, 4 to 5 minutes.

3Whisk in flour; sir in milk, pumpkin, 1 cup water, broth mix and thyme.

4Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened and just boiling.
