- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 10 pecan halves
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 1 packages (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
Directions

1In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and pumpkin with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.

2Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and chopped pecans.

3Spread cheese mixture on a serving plate or ungreased 9 inch glass pie plate.

4Cut 3 pecans in half lengthwise and position 3 pieces for each eye.

5Arrange 5 pecans for the mouth and 1 pecan for the nose.

6Place remaining pecan on top for the stem.

7Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
