  • 2 boxes strawberry jello (regular size)
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 3 c. hot water
  • 5 cans pink lemonade
  • red food coloring
  • 2 or 3 qt. 7-Up
  • 2 qt. ginger ale
  • champagne or vodka (optional)

    Mix water, jello and lemon juice up ahead, but don't refrigerate

    because it will jell.

    For ice mold, use water and a red food coloring with piece of holly in it.

    Makes 11 quarts.
