  • 1 yellow cake mix, bake as directed or 2 bought pound cakes
  • 2 cans strawberry or cherry pie filling
  • 2 c. pecan pieces
  • 1 large and 1 small instant vanilla pudding, prepare as directed
  • 2 medium cans crushed, drained pineapple
  • 2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Directions

    Crumble 1/2 cake in bottom of punch bowl, then layer 1/2 of pudding, 1 can pineapple, 1 can pie filling, 1 container Cool Whip, 1 cup pecans and repeat as listed, layered with remaining ingredients.

    Refrigerate for at least 8 hours (can be made the night before).
