- 1 lb. rotini
- 1 large can tuna
- 1 (16 oz.) can plum tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 medium Spanish onion, coarsely chopped
- 6 anchovies, finely chopped
- 3 or 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 3 or 4 Tbsp. capers
Directions

1Chop pasta al dente.

2Chop tomatoes (coarsely), retaining fluid.

3Drain tuna. Mix all ingredients, except olive oil.

4When pasta is done, drain and rinse in hot water.
