  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 2 purple cabbage, cut in pieces
  • 2 large Irish potatoes, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic

    Fry bacon until crisp.

    Add cabbage, pinch of red pepper and salt to taste.

    Add garlic and potatoes.

    Add 1/2 cup water and cook over low heat.
