- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 3 bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins
- 4 thin slices lemon
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Make roux using oil and flour.

2Add seasoning and cook until wilted.

3Add tomato sauce, water and remaining ingredients.
