- 2 Tbsp. fat or salad oil
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. light cream or top milk
Directions

1Clean quail.

2Split down back or leave whole.

3Dust with combined flour, salt and pepper.

4Heat fat in skillet and brown quails.

5Add cream, cover and cook over low heat for 25 minutes or until tender.

6Thicken gravy, if desired.
