  • 8 oz. caramels
  • 4 to 5 apples, cut up
  • 1 c. half and half
  • chopped nuts

Directions

    Melt caramels in half and half in top of double boiler or over low heat, stirring constantly until creamy.

    Put apples into bowls and top with caramel sauce and nuts.
