  • 8 or 9-inch pie crust, uncooked
  • 3 1/2 oz. bacon or ham
  • 1 large onion or small bunch green onions
  • 4 oz. grated Swiss cheese
  • 4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Slice bacon thinly.

    Pre-fry bacon and onion over medium heat. Layer bacon and onion in uncooked pie shell. Add grated cheese. Mix egg, milk, flour and seasonings (salt, pepper, Accent).

    Pour over cheese. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
